1. What this service is
Trading Performance and Behavior Coach is an AI-powered mindset and behavior guide for traders. It helps you examine the emotions and behaviors behind your trading decisions and gives you behavioral direction to practice. That is the entire scope of the service.
2. What this service is not
We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. The coach is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment adviser, and nothing it says should be read as one. Specifically, the coach will never:
- recommend, predict, or evaluate trades, securities, or market direction;
- prescribe entries, exits, position sizing, indicators, or strategy;
- advise you what to buy, sell, or hold.
All trading decisions — and all gains and losses that result from them — are entirely yours.
3. No guarantee of results
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Discipline coaching improves the consistency of your execution process; it cannot and does not guarantee profits, funded-account qualification, evaluation passes, or any market outcome. Past execution quality does not guarantee future results.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell the coach, for how you apply (or ignore) its behavioral direction, and for your own trading activity. You must be of legal age to trade and legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the service to launder financial advice into behavior questions or to misrepresent your circumstances.
5. If trading is harming you
If your check-ins show signs of problem gambling, chasing losses, or trading money you cannot afford to lose, the coach will stop coaching and encourage you to step back and seek support. An AI coach is not a substitute for professional mental-health or financial counseling. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or a local support service.
6. Accounts, plans, and billing
New accounts include a free trial of 5 conversations. Paid access is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law. We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to extract the coach's instructions, no automated abuse, no use that violates laws or third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is." We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the coach's behavior, these terms, or the service itself; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, evaluation failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
