1. What we collect
- Account information: your email address, used to sign you in and manage your plan.
- Check-in content: the text you type to the coach — what happened in your trading and what you felt.
- Coaching records: the coach's replies and the behavioral pattern records derived from your check-ins (for example, how often a specific deviation recurs).
- Usage data: run counts and plan status, needed to operate your subscription.
We do not ask for, and the coach does not need, your brokerage credentials, account numbers, or trade-log files.
2. How we use it
- To provide the coaching conversation and to give the coach your history, so it can recognize your recurring patterns.
- To operate billing, access, and support.
- To improve the reliability of the service. We may review anonymized or aggregated patterns; we never attach them to your public identity.
Your data is not used to give you or anyone else financial advice. The service is a mindset and behavior guide; your trading content is processed only to coach your execution discipline.
3. Isolation between customers
Each subscriber receives an isolated copy of the coach with its own records. Your check-ins and pattern history are never shared with, visible to, or used to coach other customers.
4. Who processes your data
The service runs on the Twin platform, which hosts the application and stores its data. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Both act as processors on our behalf.
5. What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your check-ins to train general-purpose models for other customers.
- We do not share your content with brokers, prop firms, or evaluation providers.
6. Retention and deletion
Your coaching history is kept while your account is active so the coach can use your pattern history. You can request deletion of your account and coaching records at any time at the contact below; deletion removes them from the service, subject to records we must keep by law or for billing disputes.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies required for sign-in sessions and security. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Security
Data is stored with the platform provider using industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
